Our range extends from red juicy apples through to the cooked Bramley apple – a favourite in the winter months. Soft, pureed apple pulp complimented by hints of tart and tangy freshness lend this flavouring to be reminiscent of a classic English apple profile. The cooked Bramley apple is an excellent flavouring to be paired with other seasonal fruits and festive spices to create the comforting winter taste of crumbles, pies and tarts.
